Returning to the Debate forward Race and Class.
Well, here we fare again. It happens just about each ten years. Some publishing company is having a bad year. thus guess what? It's been ten years since Williams Shockley espoused the theory that blacks are mentally inferior to whites and for a like reason the time has come again to play the same recording, no other than with a different band. This time the book is titled The Bell 1 and the soon-to-be-rich author is Charles Murray who co-authored the volume with the now deceased Richard Hernstein.
