Some race have the misconception that the Annual Legislative Weekend
(ALW) armed forceed by the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF) is
nothing more than high priced socializing and entertainment for black
people from black people. This is, indeed, an fair misconception in
some cases and a devious attack forward black leadership in others.
