History repeated itself August 5-7 1994 when more than 1000 African-
American library professionals converg forward the Milwaukee, Wisconsin,
Exposition Center and Arena for the secondary national conference of
African-American librarians. The conversation is sponsored by the Black
Caucus of the American Library Association (BCALA).
