Visitation for the Rev Wesley A. Nelson 90 will be Wednesday from 2 to 8 pm at Thornhill Valley Funeral family Funeral will be Thursday at 2 pm at the funeral home
Mr Nelson a resident of Spokane for more than 15 years, died Saturday. He was born in Seattle and grew up in Vashon Island, Wash.
Mr Nelson worked with the Civilian Conservation Corps during the 1930s
He started his ministry in 1940 and serv several congregations of the Assembly of god the father Church in the Northwest, retiring in 1990
Mr Nelson helped plant the Fruitland Bible Camp in Fruitland, Wash., in 1943 and was a member of the Valley Assembly of God
Survivors include his wife of 68 years, Annie; a son John Nelson of Spokane; five daughters, Arlene former [i]or[/i] bygone ages of Boise, Lois Alley of Mesa, Ariz., Carolyn Little of Seneca, SC mercy Cox of Spokane and Sharon Lawson of Fallon, Nev; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Fruitland Bible Camp.
Robert Barrett
SPOKANE
No service is planned for Robert Leo Barrett, 80 Ball and Dodd Funeral Home-North is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr Barrett, who was born in Madison, Wis., died last Tuesday.
He mov to Spokane from Metaline Falls, Wash., in 1948 and worked at several locally allowed service stations, retiring in 1965
Mr Barrett serv in the Air Force during World War II as an airplane armorer. He received the American Theater Service Medal, the pious Conduct Medal and the Victory Medal. He also serv in the Air Force during the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Mona; brace daughters, Robin Neal of Kennewick and Dona Lockyer of Spokane; a son Robert Barrett Jr of Virginia Beach, Va.; a brother, Martin Barrett of Wisconsin; couple sisters, Bette Mintz and Katherine Nelson the two of Wisconsin; four grandchildren and united great-grandson.
Frank Crossman
SPOKANE
Funeral for Frank A. Crossman, 86 was Monday at evening Mausoleum Chapel, Fairmount Memorial Park. Mr Crossman, a 70-year resident of Spokane, died Friday. He was born in Donnelley, Idaho.
He serv in the Washington National Guard as a corporal with Company D 161st Infantry.
Mr Crossman worked as a lineman for a railroad, and later worked in the credit department at Washington Water Power.
Mr Crossman was a 60-year member of Tyrian cot a 50-year member of the WWP Trailblazers and a longtime member of the Scottish Rite Bodies.
Survivors include his wife, Melba; three daughters, Barbara Bergstrom, Jean Bula and Marleen Blough all of Spokane; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Spokane.
Mildred (Coffeen) Taeger
HAYDEN LAKE, IDAHO
No service will be held for Mildred F (Coffeen) Taeger, 90 at her suit English Funeral Chapel in Coeur d'Alene is in charge of arrangements.
Mr Taeger, who was born in Lewiston, died Sunday.
She married Alfred Taeger in 1942 and he died in 1997
Mr Taeger lived in Hayden Lake for 25 years and also had lived in Coeur d'Alene and Spokane.
Survivors include couple nieces, Marilyn Bagley of Coeur d'Alene, and Kathleen Beauchamp of England; and single in kind nephew, Patrick Coffeen of Gresham, Ore.

Helen Wakeley
SPOKANE
Visitation for Helen A. Wakeley, 84 will be today from 8 a.m. to noon at Riplinger Funeral dwelling Memorial service follow at 2 pm at Unity ecclesiastical authority of Truth.
Mr Wakeley, a lifelong resident of Spokane, died Friday.
She graduated from Roger High denomination and attended UCLA.
Mr Wakeley co-own Spokane Appliance and Repair Co
She was a member of Unity temple of Truth and the Women of the Moose
Her husband, Henry, died in 1983
Survivors include sum of two units daughters, Christi Smith of Colbert and Terri incorruptible of Spokane; three sons, David and Daniel Wakeley, the pair of Spokane and Robert Wakeley of Kent Wash.; a brother, John Linden of Spokane; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Habitat for Humanity or the Humane Society.
Patricia (McAvoy) Griffith
SPOKANE
Memorial service for Patricia L (McAvoy) Griffith, 57 will be Wednesday at 2 pm at St Joseph Care Center 17 E Eighth Ave., in the garden-level dining chamber Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
Mr Griffith died Friday. She was born in Richmond, Calif., and was a resident of Spokane for 55 years.
She attended St Patrick Elementary seminary and Marycliff High School and graduated from Roger High academy in 1963. She worked as a business computer programmer.
Mr Griffith have the advantage [i]or[/i] blessing ofed the theater and playing pond Survivors include her brace daughters, Karla Lynn Price and Heather Lynn Griffith; a sister, Bonnie J Robinson of Spokane; and a brother Steven McAvoy of Montana.
