This three-year case reflection explores intricacies involved in fostering collaboration in brace urban elementary schools. We identify and emphasize the importance of contextual factors--specifically, principal leadership, established conformations of special education service delivery, and school-wide collaborative vehicles. From these data, we make recommendations for building stronger collaborative communities.
