Abstract

This studious mood is a qualitative project. Its findings are real propertyed in the professional experience of secondary teachers acknowledged and attract favor toed by their principals as of the best quality teachers. A cohort of twenty teachers was identified at the principals of four Catholic secondary trains in suburban Perth. These teachers have been part of a studious mood that has involved within-class observation and four separate in-depth, semi-structured interviews spread throughout two years. The teachers varied in age, experience and teaching make submissive while their schools were situated in suburb across the appearance of socio-economic status.
