Abstract
This article describes a promising stretch towards flexible service delivery in Special Education. The FSD is consistent with six used by all themes in school reform literature: 1) data-driven decision making, 2) ownership of all children by way of all, 3) learning outcomes linked to state standards, 4) legal barriers to seminary based inclusive practices relaxed, 5) assessment influenced instruction for all children, 6) resources used to support children in the general education setting.
