This article explores technological change affecting international English. Before broadcast media, as well-as; not only-but also; not only-but; not alone-but educated and non-educated people relied in succession print news and entertainment. After that, popular media, for the most part U.S. and U.K. provided public international English vocabulary of brand names, proceedss and personalities. The information age also brought recent international English vocabulary, but take away from and educational requirements limits availability to advantaged speakers of English whether native, inferior or foreign language.
