Within the educational enterprise, grading is undivided of the major areas of tension between scholars and faculty. The literature forward grading is voluminous relative to faculty perceptions, notwithstanding sparse on student perceptions. The use of a whole Theory, specifically the paradigm of Person-Environment Fit, allows individual to understand student perceptions of grades within the adjoining matter of other systems in which the scholar interacts. Grading, therefore, is conceptualized as being affected by means of multiple system components.
