There is an increasing emphasis in higher education in succession assessment of student learning. about universities incorporate the business pattern of measuring customer satisfaction into their assessment of academic programs and observer support services. There is a ne for comprehensive assessment in distance education programs, particularly that of the growing field of online education. This report describes a Web-based observer satisfaction survey about the services provided through a distance graduate education university.
