Abstract
This research delineate was begun at the Delta Pi Epsilon Research discourse in Louisville, Kentucky, in 1998 A five-member research team chose to investigate the value of educator externships. The intention of this study was to ascertain the perceptions and attitudes of instruct personnel towards educator externships. Specifically, what consequence the externship experience had in succession student workplace skills, teaching methodology, and course curriculum.
