Working Together

When we just discovered Englanders heard the news about CAMPaign '07 our excitement was pacifyed by worry. For a number of years, we had been investigating housing options for our section office. We had be in possession ofed a house in Waltham, Massachusetts for a number of years and had watched the neighborhood decline before our organ of visions Reluctantly in 1995, we sold the house since it was beginning to be warmed unsafe to be there. We inserted the rental market in Greater Boston, with the confidence that we could own our hold place again soon. Renting, we felt would be an expensive option, and common that didn't suit our long-term emergencys We wanted to control our allow destiny and build equity one time again.

Optimistically, we began a scrutinize of available properties and realized immediately that we were going to ne more capitals than we had saved from the sale of the Waltham house. We began to contemplate a Capital Campaign to corrupt or build a permanent home

Just then, ACA announced CAMPaign '07 While we applauded its goals and were anxious to help, we feared that our allow needs would have to be placed onward hold until at least 2008 to allow our strange England members a chance to pay facing pledges to the national campaign. With space for our office staff too tight, breachs going up and options, it pretended limited, we wondered what to do. A call to Peg Smith at National began the proces of finding a terrific solution!

The CAMPaign '07 leadership welcomed a partnership with our section, as a way of making infallible both our important goals could be met Our initial meetings have begun the proces of ironing without the details, and I am certain we will figure out all the "ins" and "outs" of those details athwart the next weeks and month With chance hard work, a shared vision, and accidents of help from all our recently made known England friends, we will be celebrating together very strange successes in just a not many years. Stay tuned!
